Unicorn Rush is operated by Craftnotion.

Unicorn Rush is a selective MVP development campaign by Craftnotion. It starts with a free manual MVP audit and may progress into scope discussion, quotation review, and potential MVP development engagement.

Campaign pricing starts from ₹2.5 lakh + GST for qualified and approved projects. Final pricing depends on scope, screens, platforms, backend complexity, integrations, timeline, and launch requirements.

Submitting the form does not reserve a Unicorn Rush slot. A slot is confirmed only after review, scope alignment, quotation acceptance where applicable, and advance payment.

Only approved projects can access Unicorn Rush campaign terms. Craftnotion may accept, reject, defer, or decline applications at its discretion.

Applicants must provide accurate information. Craftnotion may reject incomplete, misleading, unrealistic, spammy, or unsuitable applications. Submission of the form does not create an obligation for Craftnotion to provide development services, a quotation, or a slot.

The free MVP audit is informational and strategic. It is intended to help founders understand first-version scope, budget fit, and practical next steps.

It does not guarantee project approval, funding, revenue, market success, investor interest, app store approval, or commercial performance. Any recommendations are directional and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or business advice.

MVP development packages start from ₹2.5 lakh + GST. Final pricing is shared after scope review and quotation preparation. Pricing may change based on scope, complexity, platforms, integrations, timeline, and any later changes requested by the client.

If a project is approved under Unicorn Rush, the applicable campaign discount is deducted from the final MVP quotation only. The discount is not a cash payout, coupon, refund, audit reward, or consulting credit.

GST and excluded third-party costs remain payable where applicable. Advance payment is required to confirm a development slot. Payment schedules, milestones, deliverables, and refund terms should be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Based on the agreed scope, services may include MVP scope planning, feature prioritization, UI/UX design, frontend development, backend/API development, database setup, admin or dashboard functionality where relevant, deployment support, and launch guidance.

Specific deliverables depend on the final approved quotation and written scope.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, services do not include hosting, domains, paid APIs, app store fees, payment gateway charges, third-party subscriptions or tools, marketing or ad spend, long-term maintenance, new features outside the approved MVP scope, legal or compliance consulting, content creation, or ongoing server or cloud costs.

These exclusions also do not form part of any Unicorn Rush quotation discount unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any feature outside the approved scope may require additional pricing and timeline. Craftnotion may pause work until revised scope, quotation impact, and payment are approved.

Applicants and clients must provide accurate information, participate in scope discussions, give timely feedback, approve scope and designs, provide assets or credentials where required, make payments on time, and ensure they have rights to submitted content or material.

Submitted ideas remain the property of the applicant. Craftnotion may retain ownership of reusable code, internal tools, frameworks, libraries, know-how, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Final ownership of custom deliverables should be governed by the signed proposal or agreement and completion of payment obligations.

Craftnotion will treat submitted project information with reasonable care. Users should not submit highly sensitive confidential information through public forms unless necessary.

A separate NDA can be executed if required before deeper project discussions.

Any final development work, payment milestones, delivery terms, refund terms, IP transfer, maintenance scope, and timeline commitments should be governed by a separate quotation, proposal, or signed agreement.

If there is any conflict between this public page and a signed project document, the signed project document governs the paid engagement.

Craftnotion does not guarantee market success, revenue, user acquisition, funding, investor interest, platform approval, exact launch outcomes, or business profitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftnotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages. Liability, if any, shall be limited to amounts paid for the specific service, subject to applicable law and the final signed agreement.

Projects may depend on third-party services. Craftnotion is not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, API limits, external moderation, or approvals controlled by those providers.

Craftnotion may refuse, pause, or terminate engagement for abusive behavior, non-payment, unclear ownership, illegal use cases, unrealistic demands, repeated scope changes, or violation of these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the final legal entity and jurisdiction details stated in any signed engagement document where applicable.

Craftnotion may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
